Using only the very best local produce, owner-chef Adam Hanlon's small and intimate restaurant at Sandcastles offers the only genuinely international cuisine on Tobago's upper Caribbean coast.
Look no further for a small an intimate dinner party for parties of up to six people. Adam even offers a complimentary shuttle service to the restaurant for visitors staying in the immediate Castara area.
Please note that due to limited facilities, advanced reservation is essential. When making your reservation, Adam will advise you on the availability of top quality produce and arrange your menu for the evening.

Sorry to say, at presenet we have no Alcohol licence - so bring your own wine. We charge TT$30 corkage per bottle (wine only).
At present we can only accept cash in payment - but do take U.S. and Pounds Sterling. Sorry for any inconvenience. Service is not included.
We are closed Monday and Tuesday and open at 7pm on other days, unless booked for an earlier sitting.
