Rates

The rates quoted are per apartment/room per night and are shown in US Dollars.

	2-Bedroom Apartment	Guest Room
Low Season - 1 May to 31 October	$65 per room, sharing $100 for 1 couple, not sharing	$45
High Season - 1 November to 30 April	$75 per room, sharing $125 for 1 couple, not sharing	$60

The individual bedrooms of the 2-Bedroom Apartment can be rented separately, at the rates shown as 'sharing' above, with shared use of the apartment kitchen and living area.

Terms of Business

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Both apartments/rooms are subject to a minimum stay of three nights during the High Season.

No refunds will be given if cancellations are made with less than seven days notice.
